Outdoor Rock Climbing Course – 5 days
Would you like to take the first step to learn how to climb outdoor? Then this is the course for you. We have designed a beginner course over five days to give you the basic and fundamental of rock climbing in a beautiful outdoor setting. No previous experience necessary.
This course is specially designed for beginner rock climbers focusing on skills to ensure safety and enjoyment of the sport. We introduce you to the technical rope systems and equipment of the sport and to techniques to help you move efficiently on the rock.
This is a fun filled five days spent on the rock learning and practicing outside in beautiful surroundings.

This trip is for anyone interested in learning the fundamental of rock climbing in a beautiful outdoor setting. No previous experience necessary.
Practical information:
We will adapt the itinerary to the participants. All days are spend outside on rock.

Trip Length:5 days, 9am – 5pm
No previous climbing required.
We supply the Ropes, Rock Rack, and all technical equipment. We also provide rock shoes, harness, and helmet. You will need to carry your own back pack to the instructional area with your personal equipment, clothes, water, snack food, and have some some space for a rope. Hiking shoes or running shoes work fine for the short hikes in and out.
Price: 7500 NOK per person. Minimum 3 climbers.
Maximum Instructor/Student Ratio: 4 climbers:1 guide is our maximum ratio.
Included in Price:
