Avalanche Courses

Our avalanche courses range from entry courses for the novise skier to advanced courses tailor made for experienced skiers. All our courses take on basics like forecasting, terrain and route finding. The most advanced courses digs deeper into the snow pack to analyse the different layers of the snow and process this into what’s skiable or not.

With one of our IFMGA Mountain Guides we can provide you a fun, engaging course where you have to take part in discussions. You will also get a lot og first-hand practice when it comes to rescue scenarios, digging snow pits and how to approach different ski terrain.

All of our guides has many years with experience from decision making in avalanche terrain. Based on your group skill level and expereince willl we customize a course that will include the most important skills for travelling in avalance terrain. We need a minimum 2 days, but we recommend more if possible.
