Lyngen is a world class region for ski and sail trips.

Lyngen is located between the 69th and 70th latitude north along Northern Norways most spectacular coast line. It offers world class skiing and is unique in terms of access by boat and the high peaks. Traveling by sailboat among the Lyngen Alps, is an experience of a lifetime. Traveling with skis and sails will get you close to nature, wildlife and untouched powder. The weather and conditions can change quickly. For this reason we only use UIAGM certified ski guides who have local knowledge of the area. This way we can offer a flexible program, with the best knowledge, as well as ensuring safety.Area of operationAll tours will be planned according to where we get the best conditions for skiing in the Lyngen region. The municipality is named after the Lyngen fjord (Old Norse: Lygnir). The name of the fjord is derived from the word logn which means “quiet, still, or calm”.

Depending on destination and current weather conditions, we will start the day with a good breakfast, organize our equipment and get ready to chase the powder. Most of the peaks are between 750-1800 m staring at the beach, and we will use approx. 6-8 hours round trip. We´ll enjoy the stunning views and the days in the mountains. When we are back down to the boat again, it’s time for dinner, chilling, fishing, sailing and planning the next day’s destination. This trip is for those looking for a high end ski and sail experience. This trip is not cheap and we don’t put our groups in crammed quarters of small sail boats not designed for winter use.  We can provide for group sizes of 4-8 pax and offer a trip with focus on the details wether its the quality of the food, or the comfort of your bed at night, we don’t cut corners on this program.  If preferred we can provide 2 guides on the trip.  When its time for a special occasion, to celebrate an anniversary or just time for something extra special, we can deliver a trip of a life time.
